Good service. When it first opened the teenagers would hit the wrong button for the wash (I have a monthly account for unlimited washes). Now they are more consistent even though they still have some days where they mess up and I have to go through twice. My car looks nice each time I go through, and it motivates me to clean it. Plus I live right by it so it's in a convenient location.
Cheap, quick & convenient. Plus the vacuums work so much better then the Wiggy Wash I used to go to.
My favorite quick quack location. The wash tunnel is a little longer which I think is the reason for the better wash, also a longer runway makes it MUCH easier to pull in with a large truck.
Sorry QQ, but today was one-star worthy. The "sensor was out of alignment," so the back tires did not get shined. Apparently many things were out of whack. Response by employees, including the manager Paul: "you can drive back through if you want, but we can't guarantee it will work." I asked if they had notified the drivers of the six cars in line: "No." The end result? "Sorry." Not "here's a free coupon for next time." Just an apology. Wiggy Wash here I come!
Think there drive thru wash does a great job! Much better than they're competitor down the street....
