Overall customer service was Good, but shipping department needs help! I’ve worked shipping n receiving before my employer would never have allowed me to over pack box as was done and flat metal track would have been shipped in reinforced cardboard tube, not a flat box!
Rustica Hardware products are innovative design wise and they strive to add new finishes and possibilities to their line on an ongoing basis.
Had to adjust track distance from wall on one side, needed a longer spacer, took over a week to be delivered. Slow.
Product is nice, wheels I selected are quite! ...delivery has been slow and original hardware for bi-parting doors was overpacked into small box that arrived split open various items were scratched, also 8’ rail was laying on front porch bent at about 3’ deflected approx 1’. They sent new rail but answer for other items was to send touch up paint. Once doors were hung the gap at center was 1/4, this wasn’t acceptable to me.... I was informed this is normal, I referred them to online photos and was told those photos were taken without rubber stoppers and was told to remove mine if I want doors to close tighter, unacceptable again this would result in metal striking metal. After a couple phone calls Co. agreed to make custom length door stop. Thank you Rustic! This custom stop worked out great allowing me to use rubber stopper and gap between doors is 1/16 - 3/32. Thank You!
It's obvious that Rustica loves what they do and it shines in their products.
One in awhile you discover a company that really cares about their customers. Rustica Hardware does. Ordering over the phone is fun and an enjoyable experience. We had Terry help us out. Their were so many interesting possibilities to choose from.
So far my experience with Rustica has been excellent. We are remodeling our main floor and I ordered and received our barn door hardware within two weeks. I also placed a custom order for metal straps for our new ridge beam, which should be here within 10 days. I'll post again once our contractor installs these products and post as to the quality and satisfaction of the products. But, so far I have been impressed with their customer assistance and help in drawing up our custom order.
Love! Love! Love this place! Cannot understand the negative reviews except that perhaps these are mostly online purchases and possibly not able to go to the showroom. These guys are literally the best in the business. Love my barn doors. Love the tracks. Love my furniture. If you love local, go in and see them!

I ordered this and the lead time was 8-12 weeks due to back ordering and the time of the year. I am happy to write a review and say my wife and I couldn’t have been happier with the mantle we purchased. Amazing job and I was worried after waiting that it would get damaged in shipping- pleased to report there was no damage and I was so impressed with the packaging they did to insure no damage. Definitely will tell my friends and family about Rustica Hardware. Awesome job!
