Truly they won me over with the Drive-thru! With 4 kids I hate getting our of the car hauling them all in just for one silly thing! The man was very friendly and helpful... I was Very happy! I agree with the other review don't let the building throw you off...
I was very pleased with the quality of cleaning. On my first visit I dropped off several items, including a tie with several stains. When I picked my clothes up, everything looked great and all the stains were out of my tie! I would recommend them to anyone. Don't let the appearance of the building scare you away, they are great!
I have taken all of my dress shirts here for years, but the last time I picked up my dress shirts two of them had some sort of black marks on the collar. I took the shirts back and told the owner that there were black marks on the collar that weren't there when I brought the shirts in. He said it was grease and he couldn't get the marks out. I took the shirts home and washed them in my washer and the spots came out fine. Too bad that he was unwilling to accept responsiblity, and try again. I will never take another shirt, or anything else there again, and I will let everyone know how poorly I was treated. Customer service is lacking at Allen Drive-In Cleaners. It is just too bad that he was willing to lose a customer that had been going there for many years over something as simple as a re-wash.
There was a little bit of a wait to give them my clothes this last time around but this was likely due to the help they were giving to the lady in front of me. Other than that they do a phenomenal job.
Always have well by me. They could be a little less expensive but that's all dry cleaning anymore. Bonus is the drive through!
