I ordered my food at 5:30pm and still haven't received my food by 7 pm! I called and the manager was so kind and comped my order. It's not the employees problem if there isn't enough coverage or drivers to get food out at a timely manner. To the owner please look at the way you are running your store because you are losing good paying customers who like your pizza!
I don’t recommend at all.
We order pizza at 3:23 and came 45 minutes latetar everything was cold ecept the drinks wich you can imaging the quality of the pizza and chiken we order. Really disappoint!
Terrible, I believe this is the worst location for Papa John’s .
I ordered 3 pizzas , 2 medium and one large (pan) , they were all the same size , same thickness and all , in addition the large ( not so large ) was burnt and crusty.
Terrible service. I have ordered online a couple of times and they are always slower than they tell you they will be. Tonight the online tracker said it would be ready in 25-35 minutes. After driving over and waiting the full 35, they told us it would be at least another 25 minutes and that the online order should have told us at least 50 minutes. Okaaaayyy?? Left without a pizza.
I always receive very quick service at this Papa John's location. The workers are always kind, helpful and overall just on top of things. I love getting pizza from here, it taste great!
