Dr. Bott is an exceptional vet. He really cares about your animal and us very skilled! I highly recommend him!
Dr. Bott is very knowledgeable and personable (and world renowned so you're not just going to your average local vet; he's so humble and approachable you'd never guess it). The staff are helpful and do their best to make you and your pet comfortable. Everyone is attentive to your needs/questions. I've never walked away uncertain about what is going on with my Malinois and I've trusted him with three different ones, soon to be 4, so far.
Mountain west has always cared so much about my dogs even going as far to remember both of their names and what they habe previously struggled with. Doctor Bott is quick and efficient when it comes to helping you and he is also kind and answers any questions you have. I have been to several veterinarians in utah and now Mountain West animal hospital is the only place I will go.
Dr. Both was very friendly and professional. He was efficient and was very mindful of the amount of time spent waiting. He was skillful and gentle as he gave my dog his immunizations. I felt valued as a customer and I will.be glad to return.
