I used to do all my banking at American West. I have done 3 home loans through them and love them for that. But they recently updated their online banking. In short words, it is the worst. I've had to verify my account 8 times (I have the texts with the codes to prove that). I can't log into my account now which is extremely frustrating. It doesn't recognize my password that I just set last week. I'm tired of resetting passwords, security questions, and verifying my account that I've had for 5 years. I guess it's back to the local credit union?
