I'm so sick of getting charged so many random fees for everything. I recently had an overdraft and then hurried and put the money in my account to avoid the fee but the STILL charged me the fee. I would not recommend this bank to anybody tbh. I am in the middle of switching to america first and its waaayyy better so far. Don't get wells Fargo if you dont want stupid fees!!
Called at 4:56 to ask if I could do a withdrawal. I pulled into the bank at 5:01 and she refused because it was past 5. Registers still open, and about 4 different people there. Central Bank is across the street and like most banks now, closes the lobby at 5 but keeps the drivethru open til 6.
It took over an hour to open a business checking account. Between waiting 20 minutes and a completely incompetent personal banker it was a nightmare.
The customer service of this branch has major courtesy issues that need to be given serious attention. If they honestly can not accomidate they should be kind and apologetic, not rude and pushy. Treated poorly by even the manager. Zero respect or care for the customers who support them.
Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Every service member I have worked with besides the front desk dont care about me as a customer at all. They are unaccomidating and extremely rude in every possible way. Had to push them to do anything for me i wanted done. Appauling for a bank. Wells fargo is better than this. Avoid this location.
