Great campground with lots of shade, a river to splash in, and lots of beautiful scenery. Toilets are available, but like most camp toilets, they kind of smell (but it's better than going in the dirt!). We've already made reservations for next year!
We like to take our bikes and ride the nature trail. Had deer walking through the campground. The river is beautiful.
This place is great! Fun hiking trails along the river. The hot springs are nearby. Camp sites were clean, accessible and had lots of shade.
Campground was nice and well maintained. It's close to the river and there are some fun areas to get in the water and let the kids swim around (definitely needed on a 95 degree summer camp!). We were a little disappointed on how close together each site was, and because of the loop layout, you can see 3-5 other campers from your spot. Some site have good tree shade, but others are wide open with no shade at all so keep that in mind.
This place is incredibly horrible. If you want a racist woman yelling at you for doing absolutely nothing then be my guest ! But honestly never ever gonna go there because I want to feel comfortable and not worried to be judged on the color of my skin. Just because I do not have a Caucasian color (which she was treating with respect might I add) doesn't mean that I deserve her yelling at me and being completely racist. I would rate this place a 0/10!!!!
