Tired family of 6 travelers. We were only planing a one day trip and ended up staying the night here. 3 days later we are charged $150 for what they said it was for two missing pillows. Unable to speak to the hotel manager we ended up speaking to a so call assistant manager who would laugh and giggle in between each unhappy comment we would say. We told him to check the sofa bed and cameras as we left, since we had NOTHING except the clothes we had on, cause it was an unplanned stay. He then told us they would investigate ........Here's the disgusting part.... their housekeeping evidently never cleaned the sofa bed cause they would have seen the pillows were folded in the sofa bed. When I called back 2 hours later and asked for the manager again the manager was not available. The so call Assistant manager at this point states, Now it turns out that the notes were mistakenly written the first time...... because the pillows are there but that we left the room a complete mess and with some soiled sheet. I stated that was IMPOSSIBLE and asked that they show me the sheets, since at this point I'm thinking they are trying hide they're nasty mistake in not cleaning the sofa bed at first and that's why they did not see the pillows. My husband asked for pictures and I am very disappointed with BEST WEASTERN. Your customer service is terribley low. And your housekeeping staff evidently are not thorough and definitely all are DISHONEST for changing your notes to HIDE your mistake. $150 is nothing to leave alone.
I was disappointed with my recent stay at the Best Western Mountain View Inn. The front desk clerks were unfriendly and disrespectful and gave us the runaround when trying to resolve an unauthorized charge to our credit card. After getting an unauthorized charge for a room upgrade that we did not ask for for want the manager just blew us off and took a week to get back to us. I believe the only reason he even emailed us back was because we had contacted the corporate office regarding the practices being used at this hotel. We got to our room late and didn't notice until morning that we had been sleeping on dirty stained sheets(attached photo). I would recommend a different hotel in the area, there is a Holiday Inn Express across the street that would be a much better option.
This hotel was fantastic!! It was clean, the room was really nice, the lobby was unique. We loved the pool and the kids swam for hours! Breakfast was really great. Loved the whole hotel and would definitely stay here again!
Very clean and comfortable Best Western. Convenient location off of I-15, comfortable beds with good coffee in the rooms. Helpful staff. I recommend this location.
Great hotel. Check in was quick, room was clean and quiet. Check out was easy.
It's sad when you can't trust without video record things now. In fact the room reeked like smelling feet and had to spray my 14 yr daughters perfume all over. It smelled as if someone slept there on a daily basis. We initially asked for a room with two queen beds and sofa bed and paid for it, when we got to the room it had no sofa bed. We went back to the front desk and where given the correct room but had us wait a bit. Everything seems dishonest there, we are disappointed with this particular BW.
10/31/17 It's now been 7 days later and we have still not received a call back from the manager. We are always told he is not in.
... it's now Thursday 2 days later and I'm still waiting on a call back from the Manager and pictures of what they are charging me with!
