I loved this place. The staff was outstanding. They helped us above and beyond. Going out of their way to help us print train tickets. The breakfast was great something for everyone.eggs, omelets, bacon, sausage, pastries, hot and cold cereals, toast, bagels. Nice indoor pool. Our room was great large spacious.
We really enjoyed our stay here. This hotel was located right off the freeway very easy to get to. There was plenty of parking and the rooms were clean and very nicely decorated as well as the lobby in the morning they serve breakfast there was a large variety of items. The only thing that I found to be a little unsatisfying would be the gentleman at the desk was not very friendly granted it was late when we checked ... maybe he was just tired. The morning staff though was extremely friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
For the most part I've had nothing but good experiences here. The last time we came it did look like housekeeping left in a hurry, forgetting to clean out the fridge, only leaving two pillows on the bed and leaving behind an energy drink. I didn't complain because I've been able housekeeper so I understand but other than that I've pleasant stays here. It's fairly quiet (the doors close loudly), it's clean and cozy, the have great water pressure and good shower heads, my favorite of course is the breakfast! They have the best breakfast I think I've ever had as far as a free continental breakfast! They have a pretty wide selection and everything was fresh. The cold things were cold and the hot things were hot. Everything was well stocked and easy to find. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
Nice clean hotel with all the perks one would expect from the Holiday Inn Express brand. Delicious hot breakfast and infinite coffee. Easy access to I-15 and 5 minutes from Provo. Staff happy to provide dining recommendations.
Great room, great rates, and friendly staff. I would have given it a 5 star however you can hear cars from the highway all night long depending on which end you get your room at.
