I would highly recommend coming here. Prices were cheaper than other places I found around the area, and obviously as I stated above, it’s worth it.
Got my first storage unit here about 3 months ago. The person in charge was on break and the sign said he would be back in a couple minutes from when I arrived. He did in fact get back right when the sign said, and not a minute later.
He was nice to work with, pretty personal, and he gave me a tour of the different sized units. Showed me the layout of the facility and where my unit was.
still somewhat new to using Springville storage. Did not give 5 stars to allow room for improvement. However, the managers have been very helpful and allowed my upgrade with no problems- am enjoying easy accessibility and temperature controlled environment. I can only recall one time when one of the office workers seemed aloof- but definitely not a problem.
I’ve come and gone multiple times without issue. The facility is always clean, and I love that there are cameras covering each and every end of unit rows.

This place is a great facility. We have a temperature controlled unit which is great because we have a lot of antiques and instruments, and they also have RV parking in the back which we are using as well. The best part though is the security, the whole facility is gated, noticeable security cameras placed all over and they even have special locks that you can't cut!
Very friendly and helpful on site manager. I really needed a Utah County climate controlled storage facility and you filled that need exactly. Very clean premises with excellent security and reasonably priced. More than met my expectations.
